1. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a download link via email and on your confirmation screen. If you purchased a product that includes Video Episodes (like the Colour Grading Collection), you'll also receive access to those episodes as part of your download.

2. Refunds

Because these are non-returnable digital items, all sales are final.

I only issue refunds under two conditions:

• The product is corrupted or doesn't work at all

• You received the wrong product due to an error on my end

If that happens, email me within 14 days at: info@reilinjoey.com. I’ll do my best to sort it out quickly.

3. Usage & Licensing

Every product you purchase includes a personal-use license. That means:

You can’t:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files

• Upload them to platforms or forums (paid or free)

• Use them in any AI training, resale packs, or NFT-related content
