Thanks so much for checking out my digital products. This policy outlines exactly how I handle access, usage rights, support, and refunds — so you know what to expect when purchasing anything through www.reilinjoey.com.

1. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a download link via email and on your confirmation screen. If you purchased a product that includes Video Episodes (like the Colour Grading Collection), you'll also receive access to those episodes as part of your download.

2. Refunds
Because these are non-returnable digital items, all sales are final.

I only issue refunds under two conditions:

The product is corrupted or doesn't work at all

You received the wrong product due to an error on my end

Every product you purchase includes a personal-use license. That means:

5. Policy Updates
This policy might evolve as I release more tools and products. Any updates will be posted directly on www.reilinjoey.com and apply to all future purchases.
